My my, what an impressive cuke you have there, grew that yourself did you? Never tried mexi-bells, how caliente are they? Like jalepeno spicy? Feels like a good day to get some beer, especially since I’ll be attending a bonfire later and will be most likely having a few there also.

Nice! I'm in the middle of my "rut". I have sex with all my female squash flowers. Well...I mean uh...well...it's not me having the sex it's a Q-tip. I mean well I rub the Q-tip in one flower and then stick it in another flower. I know it's sick. I can't imagine what the neighbors think. But I'm 4 for 4 so far on pregnancies and I have 2 more that will be in heat in the morning. Yea, I had a few bees out there this morning at first light doing there thing. They probably don't need me but I like to do it as an insurance policy to get as much fruit as I can. I ended up pollinating 4 females this morning. I almost needed a smoke when I was all done...

it is madness! I tried it last week and got crazy headaches and depression for my efforts. This week I'm trying to moderate it so that by next month I'm free of this socially acceptable addiction. I'm down from 6 cups earlier in this year to just 2 cups a day, getting much closer.

Oh yeah! Coffee, Beer, and Wine have amazing health benefits but in moderation. I’m trying to get to that point of moderation. Honestly the current push is because I'm tired most of the time. Over the past year I feel outright exhausted even when I allow for a 6 - 8 hour sleep schedule for gains preservation.
I started wondering how much of my wakefulness / sleep deprivation was due to the large amount of coffee I drank daily and poor dietary habits, so I started with the easier items in and changed the diet up. I still cheat but I have lots more fruit and veggies, good wholesome foods.
At that behind me the struggle to wake up in the morning which keeps me on the coffees, I started puling back on relying on it so much, getting more sleep at night, and changed my workouts from late evening to mid-afternoon. I really want to get back to the point that a single cup of coffee or a cola just works rather than having 8+ cups of coffee or a 2 liter of soda. Now my coffee routine is 1 cup in the morning and ½ cup black before a workout as a preworkout. Trying to get it to the mid-day only coffee or a green tea..which requires taste buds of steel.
I've read that a good way off of it is to slowly start mixing decaf into the regular cup and once the tipping point is reached just sticking to the decaf. Decaf, can't even believe I'm able to type the word out. I might try this a bit sooner rather than later and do the Decaf for the mid-day or teas. Thanks.Ndtha ton eda yi'mg oIng tofi

Good idea there, I normally don't have it after 7 but should move this up considerably. I'm reading online it stays in the body for 7 hours. So mid-day would be perfect.
