As of now I haven't really had the need for a protein powder as I'm getting my protein from whole foods.
I think part of this is that my protein intake is only set to 160g for the day. That's pretty easy to get through whole foods in about 4-5 meals typically for me.
Once my calories go up and my protein intake requirement increases I'll probably land up buying a tub for convenience purposes. My training log: https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=178464441

Down significantly here. Maybe use 2-3 scoops a week right now. Just eating more. Summer time here and that means time on the grill and smoker. Plenty of meats. That and I've been on a cottage cheese kick lately.
