got a bit stupid... 500 actually felt light, paused it, came up about a foot n stuck... dumb move, havent been going hard on squats.. dunno why i decided to add like 100lbs more than ive done in a long time... ill inch my way up again. i know the 500+ is still there, just need to be a bit more fresh / prepared.

I think I've developed a few bad habits, lazy on eating, not seeing gainz, not staying motivated, no weighing myself to stay on top of stuff.... pretty much just hit a small depression and low motivation. Thought about this today and realized I need to get back on track, No excuses. Went out n got some better groceries, made a meal plan so I don't end up eating barely anything at work, then cereal before bed like a child would.... Well unfortunately for Wick, i'm not dead.... so he will continue to forever be weaker than me.
I have been slacking hard since its summer / bike season. been about a month now barely lifting and unstructured, so I decided imma go back to a classic and do Madcow's over the summer just to keep as much strength as I can with minimum efforts.
