Have we reached the pinnacle with "legal" pump products? Im not seeing 10g of Citrulline, 3g of Agmatine, 5g of Nitrates, etc.... Im guessing too much can/will be counter productive.

I don't think the amount can be improved but possibly the duration

One of the big Vertical Diet (Stan Efferding) things is no post-workout protein entirely and taking salt + orange juice (fructose) + dextrose + 100mg caffeine. Srs. Haven't subscribed to that but most of his other dietary / lifestyle stuff makes at least a little bit of common sense.

I'm gonna give the vertical diet a try - BUT will not be doing the post workout thing for 2 reasons:
1) My appetite does not give way to 75g carbs liquid....
2) Caffeine after a night time workout..... no no

I'll be doing his diet base with my potatoes/oats up to a certain point, capping @ 30-35g fiber whilst getting 300-400 carbs. I notice that when I go above 35g fiber I bloat + constipate like crazy! (Will also use rice cereals + rice cakes for when im traveling)

Main reason I want to give the diet a try is the bloating I get when I go higher carb as most of the increase is from potatoes & sweet potatoes, which leads to me bloating up.

Sweet potato digestion is realllly tricky with me. I have to take a probiotics / digestive enzymes with a meal containing sweet potatoes otherwise I metamorph from looking like Adonis into Big Lenny

This used to be the case back in the day. I once ordered at about 5:15 PM on a Friday and had it at about 2PM the next day, standard shipping. But that was...a decade ago. Lately I mostly remember taking 7-9 days for lasership to get it here.

I recently tried the Quest chocolate chip protein cookie. That's easily and by far my favorite protein cookie so far. 250 calories for 15g protein isn't really that great, but it's not far off from an actual cookie. I mean, if you didn't know, you might just think it was a not so great kind of weird cookie...but a cookie nonetheless. With Fairlife chocolate milk I could eat a lot of those.
