ZMA can help sleep in some individuals, but cause night terrors in others. I've not heard of zinc alone helping with sleep. If you eat meat, or are taking a quality multi, you should be taking in enough zinc however. ZMA will do nothing for you as a "test booster" as once marketed.
Supplement a good diet: don't diet on supplements.

Research shows weight loss and exercise tend to work but as for the rest of them, I doubt it. Over the years, I've looked into many of these supplements. I honestly dont have any faith in them. The research is often less than most think and/or conducted on lab animals. Sometimes the the human studies have issues with how they were conducted. Best advice is first find out if your T levels are low (do you know?). Then try a supplement for a month and retest your T levels again. You'll know in a month if it works.

Agreed. I have seen test boosters work great for libido, especially those with maca, avena sativa, I3C, Tongkat Ali, etc. They can also work great for penile sensitivity; maybe good, maybe bad.
Those that help free up bound, inactive testosterone that work on SHBG.. with the ingredient 3,4 divinil IMO will be best for muscle, strength boosting as you can have all the free test in the world, but without free test, it is essentially rendered useless. I pretty much stay on testabolan year round for this purpose as it also helps with libido but I feel this route for OTC test boosting is really the only ideal option for any type of gym performance.

Currently test driving PharmaFreak AndroFreak with Shilajit.....it’s actually pretty good. Not so much for boosting hormone levels but I definitely notice an uptick in libido and sustained energy and better mood. I’m 39 FYI...... I’ve taken a few others that did nothing but between AndroFreak, ProSupps Halotropin, either isn’t disappointing.

potentially he is correct. Although testosterone levels and libido are not necessarily directly correlated.
The caveat is that an increase in test within the normal range does not mean positive body comp or performance benefits.
Of course. Libido increases could be due to other mechanisms as well.Last edited by powercage; 04-14-2018 at 07:18 AM.
