No need to mention any brands. But seriously...have you noticed any difference in muscle gain or fat loss from testosterone boosters?

nothing significant...one or two helped with performance but really I found that most were kind of a waste. I take a vitamin that has some testosterone ingredients sprinkled in on the back end of the label, but it's really a multi-vitamin first...proper nutrition, proper medical screening and treatment (Where applicable), and balanced training routine are going to be your best defense against wonky testosterone levels.

If your testosterone levels are already high, it's unlikely that a natural booster will make much of a difference.

Legit rip off.
The epitome of the 'supp' con.
Getting minimum 8 hours sleep a night and a decent zinc source, will have a far more significant effect on your test production.
When was the last time a medical professional prescribed a natty test booster....

I find them most effective for libido purposes.. I'd first though, confirm via blood work what your natural testosterone levels are. If your levels are high, I wouldn't bother. The only ones I'd honestly suggest for gym purposes, would be those that have the ability to free up bound, inactive test.

Test Boosters!!!!! Wrongly catagorized.
There are a few Natural ingredients out there that will help regulate/optimise Test levels BUT have to also be within correct dosages to do so. As for actually seeing boosts within Test levels, you wont. Not a boost anyway. You may get a small increase dependant on the ingredient used and the dosage BUT nothing of big significance.
They can help with mood elevation, better blood flow, increased mindset when training and strength etc
I have used a few different T/Boosters and many do nothing at all. I have also gone through patches where my bloods went haywire and my Test levels dropped drastically and used some around the times that have given increases in levels, nothing great but a suprise to the doctors......
The only 3 i have seen any real benefit from in terms of increased moods, training session intensity, muscle hardness and strength etc have been AD Tauro Test, BlueStar's STATUS and AE APE.Last edited by Mickfootie; 03-02-2018 at 09:12 AM.

Beyond what all the good bros have already said, I'd add that if you truly have an issue with low testosterone, you should be talking to an endocrinologist. If you don't have an issue and your testosterone levels are normal, "boosting" it isn't going to make any appreciable difference in your life.

Keep in mind your body test levels can fluctuate more than 20% daily on the regular...
Not to mention new research is suggesting within normal range that Test levels are pretty non contributory to muscle growth. It is more about androgen receptor density.Controlled Labs Warder
