Yes, it was just Lebron vs them, not like Kyrie averaged 30 or anything or Love 16/11.
Also, KD 70 TS% Lebron 63%....Lol at just making things up.
Lebron also had the worst defensive stats in the series & shot 26% in the clutch for the playoffs.
Face it, he’s a poor man’s Harden at best.
I forgot to mention he averaged 9 uncontested rebounds & had an AST/TO ratio that wouldn’t even rank in the top 50. So his triple double average is the definition of meaningless.Last edited by fleeceitout; 01-31-2018 at 10:37 PM.

such a lazy narrative. KD's role on offense as a play finisher is so much different than LBJ whose the primary initiator
KDs never been a particularly efficient offensive player in the playoffs; did he magically become hyper-efficient in 8 months (OKC --> GS)?...
KD shot 4/20 in the 2016 playoffs down the stretch (within 5 points, 5 minutes or less)... do we label him as a choker then?★|★ Seahawks ★|★ Mariners ★|★

As opposed to your narrative of “Lebron’s the best because I say so”?
Lol @ KD’s never been efficient in the playoffs. He’s a career 59 TS%, higher than Lebron FYI despite not getting to routinely face sub .500 teams.
Also KD was labeled as a choker after 2016’s performance, do you have short term memory loss? He redeemed himself last year, he was phenomenal & made all the big plays down the stretch.
He shot bad in the 2016 playoffs & we’re supposed to take that 1 season as a definition of his career, but ignore last year because it doesn’t fit your narrative? I lol’d.
What’s your argument for Lebron being the best player in the league? I want to hear it.Your favorite miscer’s favorite miscer.

- Question me in that other thread when I say that stans consistently always claim it's all lebron.
- Guy says "lebron vs kd/curry/klay" and fleece retorts, you don't address the first guy at all and argue with fleece instead. I mean the nerve to mention klay and ignore Kyrie lmao. The logic that Lebron stans display is completely non-sensible.
The cult of Lebron has people doing hoops and mental gymnastics. Lebron doesn't play defense in the regular season "he can do it in the playoffs." Horrible defense in the finals "mumble mumble saving energy."
Lebron is a terrible defender. He plays defense every odd possession here and there like damn near anyone can. Multiple players in the league have passed up him on offense. You do the math. He's not even top 4 in the league if we're being honest. Curry, KD, Harden, and Giannis are all better at this point.Last edited by Spill512; 02-01-2018 at 12:03 AM.

Wrong, I said Lebron v Curry/Durant/Dray because Lebron plays those roles on his team, he is the best scorer, distributor and defensive anchor, Kyrie is the sidekick and while better offensively he plays on an island on that side of the ball similar to Klay defensively (good man to man perimeter defender but not a game changer as a help defender).

As much as I hate Harden's foul seeking and Houdini disappearing acts in playoffs, the MVP this season is his to lose. Unless Cavs players start hitting shots that Lebron sets up for them, there is no way he catches up to the beard.
Also this Cavs/Miami game has to be in top3 worst games ever. Combined 17% from 3 LOL. It's moments like this that shows how much Heat needs "the" guy to glue everything together cause otherwise they choke away the perfect opportunity to move higher up the ladder. Spo's gonna make the entire roster run suicides for 2 hours straight today.Ragnar Lothbrok crew

lol
James had 24/76 DFG (31,6%, 10,8 DFGA/G)
4th quarters or overtime in the Playoffs 2016: 87.3 DRTG in 155 Minutes, Without Him: 118.4 DRTG
Vs The Warriors, 4th quarters or overtime in the Playoffs 2016: 94.7 DRTG in 59 Min, Without Him: 110.9 DRTG
So A Playoff Defensive 4th Quarter +/- of +31.1 and VS Golden State's Offensive Juggernaut +16.2
For reference Their First Three Quarters of Defense with LeBron
Against All Teams 103.8 DRTG, Against GS 107.4 DRTG, That's of 16.5 and 12.7 PP100 lower.
Also, Golden State put up a +7.7 SRS through the entire playoffs. Prior to the Finals, they were at +9.1, and up through game 4 of the Finals they were at +9.8.
GS Offense with Lebron ON the floor: 105.2 ORTG (292.2 MP, 560 Poss)
GS Offense with Lebron OFF the floor: 130.6 ORTG (43.8 MP, 84 Poss)

You just tried to call a team that lost 9 games in the playoffs & barely made it through the WCF “the greatest team of all time”.
Like I said, straight fan fiction chit.
FYI, TT had the best defensive rating & dws on the Cavs in that Finals.
Lol @ trying to give Lebron all the credit.Your favorite miscer’s favorite miscer.

Lebron was / is smartest player on Cavs team in last years finals and currently. His team is full of lack luster defenders. mentally he knows how to break down the warriors system He just doesn’t have enough fire power to respond to KD/Steph/Thomp/Dray on both ends. Defensive stats will look bad when you carry on work load that matches KD’s offense and Draymond defense in 1 player
Where’s bird man or Joel Anthony Fuk it Cavs missing a true center. No one in the back line since TT’s disappearing act last finals getting out rebounded by curry.Last edited by Sikhveins; 02-01-2018 at 01:10 AM.

The Cavs are playing like **** and are still in 3rd place in the East! I really don't see anybody that can challenge anyone other than Raptors- and they are still really bad with the three ball. Celtics- but they need another good scorer and maybe Bucks.
By the way Porzingas look like he is falling off again, they cant beat a kyrie less Celtics?

He was doing a terrible job even with Love.
And Bron's been shooting 29% from the three, averaging almost 5 turnovers per game, playing no defense, and completely failing to lead the starting lineup anywhere since December. Dude is looking real washed nowadays lowkey but everyone is too caught up in his empty stats to notice.Last edited by Spill512; 02-01-2018 at 06:56 AM.
