Not for me, I was always an LTC holder. It's my call/fault going into IOTA (and I'm still up 2x), I still think it's cool technology. It's just the dev's are total assh*les.

I'll give you an example: IOTA currently has a bug/issue where spammer can send zero value transactions with huge messages/tags at ~10 TPS that overloads the Tangle. Transactions therefore take a really really long time, sometimes up to 20 hours and requires "re-broadcasting" sometimes. People started complaining, so you know what the official response was? They actually had the nuts to say (paraphrased) "Deal with it. This is a great stress test for IOTA and we are using this to improve our knowledge of how the Tangle behaves under load (for us and our partners)." - No, f*ck you, do your own stress test in a controlled environment assh*le - don't put people's transactions and money on the line. Then they have huge public fights with an amazing and harmless guy like Charlie Lee (who is my favourite crypto personality by far). It's just a total shambolic state of affairs.

So the tangle essentially got DDOSED? Ethereum underwent a similar DDOS but it actually cost the attacker a considerable amount of money. Its interesting seeing IOTA holding strong when they literally have nothing in place to prevent a network attack. With it being a free network these attacks are even easier.

Honestly ****ing this. I keep cucking myself and learning the same god damn lesson over and over. The ONLY reason I’m still up so much is Bc I bought BTC at 8.2 and IOTA at 2.7 but every trade and fomo I’ve done has ended in a small loss.

Yeah, it's ongoing (right now) ever since the IOTA pump. The spammer is no doubt costing themselves money, but they've severely affected IOTAs ability to capitalize on this initial FOMO/hype and the developers response was shameful. The other thing was, because of the huge hype surrounding the Microsoft partnership, Microsoft essentially "hid" from a huge meeting planned for tomorrow and will instead meet IOTA in secret with a fixed audience of 100 insiders. It tells me Microsoft doesn't want to be seen in public with the devs.
