Goal is to lose fat and gain lean muscle. I don't have a lot of fat to lose so mainly continue to tone. Currently around 135 pounds and 5 foot 5 inches. I drink 2 protein shakes (I scoop each about 25 grams of protein) and have a good amount of lean protein along with veggies at night. My question is should I add another protein shake during the day?
Thank you.

Enough protein?

Better to get as much of your protein from real food as possible. Not sure why you'd drink protein shakes (3???) when it's not all that hard to just eat real food, but if your normal diet is really deficient in protein, it doesn't matter. You only need around 100g per day (some may argue 1 g per lb of total body weight, but I find that excessive and unnecessary). I hit 100g every day and never drink supplemental protein unless I'm on the road the whole day.
This isn't part of your question, but, losing fat is going to be more about how many calories you are eating, and making sure your program supports muscle growth or at least maintenance during a caloric deficit."Start where you are. It's never too late to change your life."
