best phospha product?

Is phospha muscle still the best PA supplement? I was looking at KING because it's so cheap but they don't list the PA amount… I want a fully disclosed label so is phospha the only one who lists the amount?

It's up for debate on how effective it really is so it might just be best to get some soy lecithin granules and get PA along with the added benefit of phosphatidylcholine content

Which add's fat/carb calories to your diet depending on how much you want to dose it, let alone no one knows if there's a negative to massive dosing soy lecithin granules. This isn't needed as we have studies and people to say how well PA works.

I personally will never trust that a product is properly dosed unless it lists the full dosage on the label.

There is also studies showing it doesn't work https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/28177725 and it is worth noting many of the studies which show it does work have similar authors

@ OP: Only times I've used phosphatidic acid was though soy lecithin granules and Olympus Lab's Tri1umph that provides other ergogenics as well (OL disclosed their content of PA at 913mg).
