only shot I have atm unfortunately
I'm on a cut right now...sorta...doing cardio 4-5 times a week. I have to do a field study this summer for 6 weeks, where I'll be camping in the mountains the entire time, so I plan on cutting a lot then, jogging everyday, doing body resistance stuff (all thats available to me). I know I will loose a lot of size, but I really have no option. I am going to try to eat as well as I can. As long as I can shed more BF, I will rely on muscle memory when I get back and hit the weights again to bring me back some size. Let's hope.
and yes I have no abs, pale, and hairy nips lol. Don't bother to stay smooth when it's still ****ing 30 degrees outside.
I was 180ish when I began lifting, and real skinny and lanky- a goony mother****er
Thanks for any comments, and be honest!

Yeah I'm going to now focus on cutting up. At one point all I cared about was being big, but the longer I train, the more I want good definition, and am willing to trade off a bit of size.
I'm basically eating a little less than when I was bulking, same lifting schedule, and adding cardio days, 20-25min on the eliptical or running, usually in the morning before I eat. I don't count calories or keep track really, I'm not THAT dedicated I guess.Last edited by SilverSpork; 04-12-2008 at 08:34 PM.

Where's your field work going to be at and what kind of work are you doing? I've done field work the past three summers (Texas & New Mexico; Mississippi; Oregon) and I frickin' loved it.
Looking great by the way. Keep it up. As a fellow tall dude (6'4"), I definitely understand the long, slow process of adding mass.Do every act in your life as if it were the last - Marcus Aurelius

Thanks for the comments, all were repped!
I'm going to be working for universit of kansas for six weeks. I will be instructing the undergrad students. The six weeks consists of two courses, GEL 512 AND GEL 543, both field investigation courses that involve mapping, making detailed strat columns, and writting geologic reports. It is based out of canon city, colorado. It is a basically a cap course for Bachelor of geology students who are about to graduate.
I am looking foward to it, although I won't be able to touch a weight for six weeks!]
and ya it is hard as hell to add mass being as tall as I am, or atleast enough to notice anyways. I have a hell of a time building my arms. My traps and shoulders seem to grow the fastest.Last edited by SilverSpork; 04-13-2008 at 11:29 AM.
