To be fair we're basically down to the practice squad when it comes to depth in a lot of spots and Brett has had zero experience in the 3 years he's been in Green Bay as Rodgers has always played. He's got 3 years under his belt with the playbook.
Wasn't too thrilled with the play calling after Brett came in. Let's just run straight up the middle with Montgomery every play for 2 yards...

Quick question for you guys.
Renting a newly renovated Apartment ($80 more per month, new appliances like fridge, burner, dish washer, carpet)
vs
Same apartment floor plan but appliances have not changed.
While i can afford the extra $80, i prefer not to. However, i started questioingn if i would have to deal with old appliance breaking which would be adding extra cost in the long run vs extra $80 per month.
Also lifts have gone significantly down and dropped about 13lbs.1. Brady's balls were perfect crew

Remember tossing more than $100 worth of food because refrigerator/freezer kept breaking down in a house my family rented. Fridge broke down 3 times during the summer, and the owners were not willing to replace the fridge. Eventually it got to the point where we just got a new one out of our pocket.
Also i cant tell how old the appliances are since i wont be able to check out place before i move. All i know is that the more expensive one got new appliances.1. Brady's balls were perfect crew

Its in a different state, so by the time i get there i will need to have a place ready. I was given pictures for both rooms. For the most part they are similar since they are same floor plan. Rennovated one has new fridge, dishwasher, stoves, sinks and carpet( along with aesthetics like cabinets, new painted walls and new ceiling fans).
The cheaper one just using older appliances. The only thing that stood out was the fridge from the cheaper one that looked old.
Also the views are different but that hardly matters to me. Its just that since they are basically the same room, i don't know if i want to spend an extra $80 a month that could probably go to both internet and water, but having bad appliances maybe adding a complication with constants calls with maintenance.1. How old are the other ones. I doubt it'd be enough to make up energy savings for the $80. Better odds of smashing chicks in renovated one, but it's you so that's irrelevant

it sounds like the only issue with an appliance that could cost you money is if the fridge dies and you don't catch it quick enough and the all the food spoils. keep in mind that a fridge will keep food cold for an average of 24 hours as long as the doors are kept closed, so if you notice that it died, you have time to get a couple cheap styrofoam coolers and some ice to keep any expensive items from going bad.
and even if you didn't catch it in time and $100 worth of food was spoiled, how many times will that be likely to happen? with a delta of $80/month, you could afford to have the entire fridge contents trashed once every 60 days and still save money with the cheaper apartment (this scenario is unlikely to happen).
all things being equal it would most likely save you money to opt for the cheaper apartment, though depending on how modern the aesthetics of the newer one are in comparison to the cheaper one it might be worth it.
in other words, neither decision would be a decidedly bad one. it comes down to your personal preference really. It's hard to win an argument with a smart person. It's damn near impossible to win an argument with a stupid person. - Bill Murray

I wish i knew man. I was asking them, and they said they had no clue on how old or last time they were replaced. I do know both places atleast have new carpeting. Didnt even consider energy savings but real issue is just old appliances possibly breaking down.
Main reason im wavering is that i live in a great apartment now and just slightly cheaper than the rennovated apartment. On top of that the place im in now, everything is brand new. But i will admit that i wish i had maybe looked into a cheaper place, just because of internet, water, gas, and electricity.1. Brady's balls were perfect crew

The problem is that it was during the summer, had it been during the winter like it did once, i was able to pack all the frozen food in boxes, and put the boxes in the snow.
The bold could not be more true. I am mainly more concerned about overall savings, though new appliances will most likely mean less grievances. I personally like both rooms, each has their own pro to them. Was hoping to negotiate in price, but apparently the rooms all around have gone down $20 a month, and i doubt they will budge since they know i need to move in asap.
In terms of aesthetics, clearly the renovated one looks better, but just the kitchen (i think they just added some design vinyl on the wall and new paint)
Basically it looks like this:
$X84/Month
First floor
Parking lot view
New carpet, paint, appliances (fridge, stove, dish washer, sink, and ceiling fan)
$X04/Month
First floor
Lake View
New carpet and older appliancesLast edited by DasBiceps; 10-16-2017 at 08:03 PM.

You’re a little indecisive dude. Dafuq do we need to make financial decisions for you. Its your $80 monthly for a nicer place, make a fuking decision.

Especially with the cost difference I think its probably the better choice.
Bro I'm extremely indecisive about how I spend money, but also not experienced with renting and since I'm short on time and cant visit the place before I move, just needed some quick opinions as I have to choose by tomorrow to get everything rolling (movers, packing, ext...)
Personally feel a little better with choosing the cheaper room now.1. Brady's balls were perfect crew

Still same....dont see where this ties in?
Again, peole "HAppy" aboutRodgers getting hurt (fans were cheering, Karma comments on wall, etc) is ridiculous. NEVER have I ever wished ill will on anyone. Sure, we all joke around but its different when its srs
lolololololool...TJ said he couldnt tell which was which
Agree, hence my post in the packers group. Give him a chance with first team reps. Nonsesne everyone saying waste money on bringing in a bandaid such as Kap or waste a draft pick trading for Garrapalo.
NO ONE IS COMING IN AND DOING WHAT RODGERS DOES. Hundley is the guy, either he impresses and we somehow make playoffs or we see if hes the future and get healthy for next year
