Just listen to whatever they say!
Is it Sri Hartati? She's amazing and one of my favorite benchers!
I wear my belt at least 2 holes bigger in gear, maybe 3. Your squat looks pretty good. Bench will take the longest but once you get it it will really help sustain your progress. My bench started out the worst but it has made more gains than the other two lifts combined during the past 5 years. It is not uncommon for people to try to touch way too low or way too high at first.771/645/622 Single Ply

October I think. I believe that's when last years Big Dogs was. So much potential for growth with those meets.
Very good, I really like Eric. He gets a bit upset at silly things online sometimes, but he has been lifting at a pretty insane level for a long time now without a real hiccup. Hoping that he'll do well.YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/user/NorthStrongSC

After seeing a hard workout you may want to complain and want others to pity you for the work you have to do. Your mom will pity you. Your girl will pity you. I may pity you, but your competition will not pity you. They will step on you, walk over you and spit on you. Boris Sheiko

hey guys, idk if anyone remembers me... I haven't been on here in years.
took a long hiatus. half-assed stuff for a long time, then just did about a year of more bodybuilding type work. training for a meet again on 10/28. just ran the Renaissance Periodization Powerlifting Hypertrophy plan. Just starting my deload week. It's been alright, but I don't like how they have it set up and looking at their next phase (Powerlifting Strength plan) it's set up similarly.
Feeling lost like I don't know what I want to do in order to train and then peak for the next 10 weeks before the meet. Who wants to help out? lol.
I'm sitting at 214 right now (never coming back to you, 275 class sorry m8), toying with the idea of cutting up until maybe 2 weeks before the meet see how close I can get to weighing in for the 198 class. It's just a "for fun" meet so I wouldnt' do a big water cut or anything. The weight loss is just for health and feeling better.
I wouldn't even know where to begin at guessing what I may hit for the meet since I haven't done anything less than 8 reps in over a year until these last few weeks. Even then, I haven't been doing a ton of competition lift work. Squat I've done 4 sets of 8 @ 315 no wraps. Bench I've only been hitting incline for the last 4 weeks. Deadlift I've only done deficit work for the last 4 weeks but hit 6 sets of 8 @ 315.
Definitely still getting used to the heavier weights, but it's coming back to me. Just feeling kind of lost at what I want to do tbh.
@NorthStrong @Jason hey guys, i'm back lol

Welcome back too.
You could do just about anything since its just for fun. Starting bringing down the rep count progressively over the next few weeks. Do some sheiko thing. Just jump into any number of 3x3s and a couple weeks out do some singles. 10/20/life contest prep is 10 weeks long leading right up to a meet. Looks like andersonpowerlifting.com finally updated his site too. I'm liking the new lever design for the SBD belt.
