dude my bench is only 145 and my squat like 240 or something and pendlay row like 115 latpulldowns 95lb 3x8 ...im not as strong as id like to be. by the time I finish my cut wont I have lost a chit ton of strength? and then ill be back on a novice program for another 6-8 months looking like chit. wouldn't It just be better to finish the dam bulk and get the 225 and focus solely on cutting for a duration after...

So since everyone has pushed this so hard on me, EVERYONE SHUT THE FUK UP. After a good night sleep I decided I will start the cut NOW.

Will eat tons of protein and around 2000cal so a very slow cut. Going to try and go down by 40LB which should take around one year and hopefully I gain some strength and muscle while cutting.

What do you suggest I do when I stall on my cut and my numbers arnt going up? Should the slightly increase the calories? Or...?

That's a trap and the cycle forever bulkers fall into. Don't fall for it, commit to the cut over the long haul and do not stop until you have reached your goal. Your mind is about to play some tricks on you so you have to lock in your goal and don't second guess yourself part way thru.

I said this to you the other day, but cut now. Hard. Do a lean bulk when you've reached a reasonably low bodyfat. This chasing 225 bench thing is retarded. At 160 I can easily rep 225. Aesthetics > Strength. Seriously.

Understood man. What's your height? Also, any suggestions how to approach this cut? Especially when numbers stall on lifts should I still decrease calories ? Add cardio? Etc

i agree with what wesley said:

commit to the cut in the long run, don't immediately out of the gates go for an extreme caloric deficit. once you stall on that you're fukt lol

start at a small deficit, and over time start introducing some cardio. once in a while have a day or two where you refeed to maintenance calories. if you stall during the cut..which you will know for sure, then just add more intense cardio or slightly lower calories. just gotta keep playing with it

Just letting you know you'll be smaller than you think. Try not to let it bother you and get nice and lean. I'd shoot for 10% at least. Then build from there.
