Yes, they're not for everyone. You could have tried to put the platforms closer or further from your normal stance to compensate and get your hips in an okay position but overall, I feel it isn't that great of an exercise for sumo. It's a technique lift, to make it better is to keep as close to comp settings, pausing is all I like to do with sumo pulls.

Went to my first usapl meet last weekend, and it prompted me to compete again. And holy balls, there's so many Feds in the south east.

Only ever used 2.5m thp seem to get 30-50kg out of them so seen no need to changeis this the most ****gy miscer ?

We all know there's really three that anyone gives a chit about. USAPL, USPA, SPF (yes some people really care about SPF)
