    Bench Press

    Good day, i did a 573 lbs deadlift, Equal to 260 kg.
    I did a 529 lbs box squat, equal to 240 kg.
    I did a 110 KG INCLINE BENCH
    EQUAL TO 240 LBS.

    I CANT LIVE LIKE THIS.
    I NEED HELP.

    with my incline press.

    Work on technique. Keep practicing through a variety of rep ranges. Accumulate volume. Rest as needed. Do other exercises that build up the pecs, deltoids and triceps as needed. Balance with work for traps/rhomboids, rear deltoids and biceps as needed. Rinse and repeat.
    SQ 172.5kg. BP 105kg. DL 200kg. OHP 62.5kg @ 67.3kg
