Buying a vegetarian friend some protein and I have no idea where to start because the category has eluded me throughout my fitness journey.
What should you look for in plant based protein powders?
What are the ingredients to avoid?
Are there different tiers of quality? (E.g. pea protein isolate, hemp protein, brown rice extract, etc.)
What are some of the top products in the market today?
Thank you in advance for your responses!

Looks like you have done your research . AI Sports Nutrition No Whey is a good pea and rice protein blend. PEScience Select Vegan protein has some nice flavors
