Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a marinated and broiled chicken breast, baked potato with butter, a cup of tasty chop salad, and a glass of milk.

Giant salad bowl topped with brocolli, sprouts and a roasted pepper stuffed with mashed sprouts, onion & beans. Only 350 calories! Had a major major cheat day yesterday, the biggest of my life by far, so having this now to help flush all the garbage out of my system and fill me up while being low on calories.

the wifey and I went out for my birthday brunch today....thought we'd try something completely off the wall from our norms....
crepes and more
I got the portugeese crepe (linguisa, hot links, green pepeprs, onions, eggs)
wifey got the thanks giving crepe (turkey, eggs, avacado, stuffing)
and my present to myself.....seriously GOAT cookie of all time....if you dont think these are GOAT then you're just flat wrong.....(childhood memories are strong)
