Glorious Loaf of Almond Bread-Net Carbs 1.25 g

Recipe: 1.5 c almond flour 6 eggs 4 tbs butter, melted 3 tsp baking powder .25 tsp cream of tartar Salt

Oven 375°F, 30 minute bake(keep an eye on it, just golden brown don't overcook it)

Beat the tartar and the whites of the eggs until stiff peaks. Mix the yolks, butter, flour, baking powder, and salt. Add 1/3 of the egg whites mixture and mix well. Fold the rest of the egg whites mixture in gently. Greased 8x4 loaf pan

Yields 20 slices 1 slice: 90 cal Fat 8g Protein 4g Net carbs: 1.25 g

That looks awesome! How is the texture? The color reminds me of corn bread! btw, cream of tartar is what makes egg whites stiffen in meringue.
