Mass Jym Chocolate Crunch (!) High-Quality Protein & Carb Blend Log
I am very lucky to be one of the select few picked by COUNTRYMIKE to log Jym's new Mass gainer-type supp, aptly titled Mass Jym.
Im not as experienced as some of the people that log, but Im really motivated to positive changes in my exercise routine and diet.
I never really have followed a specific diet, and with school and work always I have put many excuses to follow trough with a program, but with nursing school starting I want to start not only work my mind but want to workout my body too!
I want to put emphasis on my core strength, work on my legs and butt I want a decent body and be ready for bikini season... of course I want to work all my body and increase my upper body strength too.

I want to start by saying the flavor is amazing!!!
I mixed BTW texture was creamy like a milkshake
1 cup of Almond Milk ( vanilla unsweetened ) 30 cal.

- consistency was perfect, and filling. delicious!!!!
