With lifts like that you'll definitely benefit from starting strength. But your not a beginner so just add in pull ups and arm isolations and what not.

Dips/pullups aren't bad for your bw. Your BB lifts need work, just focus on the lean gains and adding to the 4 major BB lifts. Make sure form is solid on all and don't rush the process, enjoy it. It's fun to get strong.

Thanks. I mean I have a pretty good thick belt I use for squats and deads, I can just buy a chain/clip for that? I thought the belts for adding weight were completely different in that they just kind of hang on your lower back. My gym doesn't have a chain.

yeah I mean you could buy a specialised dip belt but so long as your current belt has a loop or buckle you can clip a chain on to then why waste the money?

I have my long time friend that I lift with from time to time, we're like at the same level when my energy levels are normal, so we're constantly pushing ourselves and training with him has made me progress way way more than training alone srs

Lighting, leanness (which he did very well at), frame size (hes very small framed) and muscle insertions make small people look much bigger than they are

I actually look very good in a fitted tshirt. It's very obvious I lift - chest/shoulders are big, only thing detracting from my physique is lack of width (easily fixable), small forearms, and puny legs.

I'm not gonna go full homo and ask for clothed pics but I'll just think of everyone I know that's 5'9 sub 140lbs and think about none of them look like they lift in clothes.
