Haven't posted here in quite a while but if you've read my posts in the past you'll know I do some writing for various media outlets. Anyway, the NFL athletes I train are starting to make their way back in and it gave me an article idea, we learn so much about the stars on NFL teams. Does anyone have questions on what it's like to be a non-star(ter)? Life on the practice squad/special teams/nickel & dime units?
Fire away. I'll post the article here once I get it written and published.

Any questions for a 'non-starter' in the NFL?

Thanks for the opportunity, man!
Are there any rules for social media use, internet presence and involvement in other sports or hobbies?
I ask because I watched "The Joe Show" a lot - a player hosted locker room show by 49ers LT Joe Staley - and when the 49ers lost games or things weren't going well the show wouldn't air until they were winning again.
I thought this may be due to some rules like "Only put out video content when we are winning because when we are losing we need to keep quiet and work on improvement."
Also, we see player getting at it on Twitter a lot. The NFL fines players for not pulling up their socks or wearing a non sponsored hat in the locker room but is not involved in social media of players as it seems. Why?
I never see NFL players on ******** pages. Only one time - I think it was a Panthers or Patriots cornerback - a player posted sth. like "he wont try that again" under a highlight clip of himself on a NFL memes page on ********.
I guess this would be the same question as above: Any rules for ******** use?
I heard from a source that NFL S&C coaches as well as nutritionists are not that great. and the reasons for that being lack of knowledge or outdated education or improper methods. True or False?Basic Football / Sports Training Guide:
