Good point, Marcos physique is only maintainable with loads of gear and it wouldn't be for very long unless you're willing to accept the major health damage.

Ive been following Marco for a year on fb.

When I first heard his story I remember googling his name and just reading the most cruel jealous insanely mean chit about a guy going through one of the worst experiences of his life. I've gotten to see his progression from barely able to move to being able to move his limbs. His goal is to walk again. He has started some kind of business I believe online training. I got to read his heartbreaking posts when the model looking girl that was with him before the accident left him, and i've gotten to see a couple girls since then that hes dated that are hotter than most of you will ever. Ive seen a man brought as low as you can bring a man and he has not given up. What you guys need to realize is his name is out there and hes gonna read these posts in all likelihood. Spend 30 days not saying anything negative or rude about another person and watch your life improve, but if you do have to say something negative maybe pick someone that deserves it because Marco doesn't. I want Marco to know that his life and attitude before and after the accident ive found as inspiring as anyone I look up to like Schwarzenegger or Team Hoyt. Marco you are a winner keep that positive attitude bro you inspire me and a lot of people. I didn't look at his previous physique as a Greek God and think wow im so happy this bad thing happened to you. I thought wow I aspire to be this and hes done more in his short life than most people I know will do in their entire life and its still not over hes still got more gas in the tank.

As someone who is sitting in his office chair now in agony because of a pinched nerve or hernia, I don't know yet, I can get a glimpse of what he's going through.

But I obviously never looked like that (I still looked pretty good) and haven't fallen so hard. I'm still in pain 24/7 and hopefully getting fixed soon because I'm losing my mind.

I don't know if I could even carry on if I was him, I'm not that strong mentally.

I've already decided that if I don't get better and that this is my life then I'm gonna end it on my terms. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone.

Yep, I remember when his original girl left him. Reading his posts around that time was so ****ing heartbreaking. Can't even imagine what life is like waking up every single morning and knowing that, prior to events beyond your control (he was the passenger of the car hit), you held one of the best looking physiques on the planet, and were an up and coming superstar in the fitness world.

He still has bad days where he posts some pretty negative stuff, but for every person that has something negative to say about him there's a dozen more that will drown it out with their positivity. His fan base may be small in comparison to other fitness icons, but it's unanimously positive.
