That's not a bad schedule if you have the weekends free, you're exercising daily, all you need is ~1 hour of random time for TV/gaming and you're set.
My weekends are full-rot, 2 x 12 hour study days. The only saving grace is that university only runs ~8 months off the year. My weekdays are similar, except I allow an hour to watch TV/game a day, keeps my sanity.

such a hard life for OP, no worries about food or having shoes, place to stay just a regular schedule for the 8-5 working man.
I imagine OP would die within a week living in a third world country.I just want to share the knowledge I have obtained throughout my life and hopefully change someone's life.

This. A night of heavy drinking derails you for a couple days at least. For me, my diet suffers the day I drink, and of course the next day. That's two fkn days off the diet, and with my average (at best) genetics, that's a major setback.
My hangovers often linger a bit longer too. Brb not feeling 100% until 48 hrs after partying like a rockstar. Bc of this, I try not to get shytfaced on saturdays, especially if monday is an important day at work.**Engineering master race crew**
