I beat you by 2 seconds. I actually got 50 seconds right before this but had to redo it. Goddamn that **** sucks. My ****ing wrists started to give out at the end on this one.

I can't remember them all but here's a few that have been done:

Clean and press for reps
One arm dead hang for time
Bench press for reps
Highest box jumps
Overhead squats

A variety of different things to try include everyone.

Just tried this and was disappointed with 1:04 or 1:05, whatever it was. Was honestly expecting 90 seconds or so. Tomorrow is my actual shoulder day so I'll give it another shot when I'm fresh.

Here is 58 sec. was my second set. Got 75 on first set but was only doing it to see how I faired. I should get a legit submission on Sunday.

I made the mistake of trying it after I had done a complete shoulder workout. I was completely smoked at that point and I should've done it first while things were fresh.

I'm hoping for a better time next round.
