I feel that many muscles in my body are pumped even when I'm not training them

Today, i was training my back and triceps but noticed something wierd going on. I saw that my biceps and barely my chest were pumped up. Is that bad form or is it because blood flows to the whole region? (triceps pump my biceps on the way and back pumps up my chest) Would love to see your responses

When I train my back days, it sort of brings out my chest abit to have that "pump" feel (just as though you purposely make yourself stand upright with your chest outwards). It's just a temporary sort of pump feel that you get from doing weight lifting. This is why bodybuilders do actually lift some weights before they enter the stage to flex their muscles.

Unless you feel unnecessary aches in your chest and biceps, else it shouldn't be much of a problem I guess.

It should be weird if you don't get a bicep pump while doing back day since biceps are used in pretty much all back exercises

If the only place you feel a pump is in your biceps when you train back, your form is probably off.

My chest was pumped up too. I said barely because I don't have that big of a chest lol. Just started lifting a month ago. But yeah, my biceps, chest, and surely my triceps get pumped when I train my back
