Hot yoga is legit. So loose. Plus when you have an 8-pack and some muscle while 99.9999999999% of the population is dad-bod at best, it's fun to be in a room with sweaty, flexy women wearing basically nothing. There are other yoga programs that are way more intense too, so I gotta get back into it.

^Them shoes dope yo!
Idk if I mentioned it here, but I've been eating keto over a year now!
I have had no struggles with maintaining : yo yoing since switching.
Appears I'm well suited to very low carb / no carb diet. Pretty sure years of being an absolute glutton made me a bit carb intolerant.
And I get some nasty hormonal responses...fatigue, headaches, even depressed mood.

Just finished cutting (INB4 DYEL); feeling pretty light now and don't have it in me anymore but might come back to fix love handles some time in the future. About 6 weeks with about 85 gram protein and limited equipment at around 1.7-2 lb per week, well according to the scale anyways lol; the requirements are definitely overstated.
Lighting isn't that great for first set of four pics and flexed before isn't the most flattering either lol. Stupidly wasted the first two weeks cutting at a slower rate but happy with my results for now.
P.S. Cutting at around 1500 and trying to fit in Skittles & Fruit Yogurt is probably not the best idea for satiety lol

5'7 and weighted in at around 60 kg after dinner lol. My frame and bone structure are TINY (gained about 20 lb in the past year and then cut back down); I don't feel like I'm 'bad' at weighted chin ups/dips (or ring dips) but there are not many options I have for legs.
Fulking won't happen since calories from all foods (except maybe the occasional vegetable or sauce) are being accounted for; I could do like a 100-200 surplus but honestly don't/won't care that much until I get a barbell set since lower body is what I feel needs focus due to a combination of limited stimulus and equipment. It is in my interest to also continue doing 5k 'jogs'/runs at least twice a week and try to improve my stamina; going from couch potato to running isn't that easy though when not conditioned enough.Calories In, Calories Out.

I'd estimate that I was doing around maybe 400 cals worth of exercise (excluding resistance training) during my cut which included running and long casual walks by myself or with family but nothing extreme and ended up in a big deficit. Since I'm looking for a job and like playing video games, I don't really like moving otherwise.
My diet doesn't consist of meat due to cost, taste and family restrictions but there is a legume overload (80-90+ grams of fiber on some days but 35-40+ on the regular). It is my opinion (even though I don't have data to back this up) that besides age which is a major factor in terms of regulating BMR, an inefficient digestive system and high carbohydrate intake (protein also since it has the highest TEF but trying to limit it to 0.7 g/lb lbm since it's the most expensive macro) might also lead to higher caloric requirements.Calories In, Calories Out.

Hahahahah, we need a crew.
My arms grew this year though. Need a progress pic.
I just bought a replacement for $16, my old one was dying. They don't make em like they used to so I buy the cheap ones and pitch them every 2-3 years. My mom has an old toastmaster, but they are like $70 used on ebay.

Muzziechik!
Feel free to post progress pics in the holiday recomp lean bulk thread, everyone.
My brother, sis-n-law and my 3.5-month-old niece are here... I've been skipping gym time. Maybe I'll do circuits with light weight when the baby sleeps. Or maybe I'll do them when she's wide awake to entertain her.
She smiles just looking at me. Most of the time she's serious/contemplative-looking.
Wow! I bet you could travel with them and represent them at trade shows if you wanted to.
You have us, other online posses, and lots of young family members! Plus your man and those itty bitty people... Thanks, M'LadyJ. <3 you back.
Woo! I'll have to lurk.
There's so much politically motivated hostility on this website now. And people aggressively and knowingly spreading misinformation. I'm looking for new places to roost.
as I said, if anyone would like to post pics in the recomp thread, feel free.
Looking good, Gomil! x2 on the no fulking, pls.start where you are

We got my Dad a waffle iron for Christmas; really a present to us, so he'll make us waffles.
My attempts to cut have been kind of meh. Keep oscillating from 183-189, so I'm not sure if i'm going anywhere or just staying the same. You can't help the hopeless.
