    In a pickle

I broke my foot back in the first week April, but here I am, still unable to squat 80 lbs without my foot feeling discomfort. I tried starting the Stronglifts 5x5 but have just found out I can't do free weight squats, barbell row, and probably deadlifts. I need to know how to create a workout that can address my limitations. Man this has been rough, and it would make my day if someone can create a perfect routine.

wait till your fully healed. The longer you try to train through and around it, the longer you'll prolong the injury.

Back extension, dumbell row so you can put a knee on the bench. Idk about squat replacement though. Stair master if that doesn't hurt to much

I suppose you are right. The doctor said I could start lifting on my feet a few month ago, so it is not anything to be worried about structurally in the bone, just with pain. But man, waiting more than eight months (when it should have been completely fine about four months ago) has become very difficult.

What about smith machine? With that I can more easily make sure I don't put too much weight on the front of my foot.

    Also, What replaces deadlift?
