Good for 225@143.
doesnt necessarily have to be YOUR max lol. If your 80% is stronger than someone's 100%, that is really all you need to post up with. Just make sure to include the rest of it.
Good for 165@178
watching in a moment. Good to see one of the Reps lifts
I will take a look. Not sure how I managed that since I usually just replace your numbers and video on the leaderboard lol. You seem to be consistently hitting first each time
Good for 105@189
lol you went to the far corner of that gym for the vid
I think I got the PM when I was mobile, but yeah it needs to be posted in here anyway. Another Rep that lifts!!! I will have to check but this comp might be a record for it lol.

Just posting these as my cheat sheet:
choidough- 225@143
MentalistMan- 165@178
Partyrocking- 105@189
I just looked. I currently have you leading the 242 Class and as the Overall Winner. choidough is currently second place(until I update in a few minutes) in the 148 Class. Looks like the two videos are the right ones. Let me know if you still see your entry in the wrong place, it might be a glitch of some kind. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

lol choidough took 1st by a pound
leadrboard updated, and thanks to MentalistMan, there is now someone in every male weight class.... I am gonna need the ladies to step it up a little bit. Usually their weight classes have someone in the tops spots way before the guys. You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

Deload this week for me and my right bicep has been bothering me the last week or so.
What do I do? I decided to try a max push press today lol.
45x10, 95x10, 135x5, 185x5, 225x2, 250x2, and three failed attempts at 275
I really wish I had gotten the 285 on vid the other day. I will be making another attempt at this in a couple of weeks I think. Good luck to everyone between now and then! You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

11-27-2016, 05:01 PM #360welcome to another installment of these competitions i like to throw twice a year. This competition officially starts when i open it up in post #10 and will end on december 4th, 2016 at 11:59 pm, eastern time. Anything posted at midnight or beyond on the 4th will not count.
the lift- push press
1. Belts, wrist wraps, and knee sleeves are legit. Nothing else that helps lift the weight or provides stability is allowed.
2. Feet must stay on the floor. No jumping. If the heels come off the floor, that is okay. No jerking the weight is allowed.
3. Start with the bar in your hands, in front of you, standing, and the bar should be in line with the traps. Yes this is slightly vague but as long as the bar isn't above your traps, i am going to count the start position as good. No behind the neck starting position.
4. Once you have the weight in the start position, bend your knees, "squat" back up and press the bar overhead to lockout. I prefer, at this point, that you hold it for a second or two so it is easier to confirm, but as long as you lock the elbows, i will count it.
5. Once you lock it out, i do not really care what you do with it. I highly recommend you be as safe as possible, though.
6. Screaming out my username when you lock the weight out will get you repped immediately :d
7. Lpenny rule: Lift must be performed using a barbell. Anything else and i will most likely neg you and you get no credit for it
8. If you fall off balance and have to step forward or backward to avoid falling over, it most likely will not count against you as long as i can tell it did not help you lock the weight out.
the entry
1. On a piece of paper write: Push press comp, your username, and the date. Show the paper before the weigh in and before the lift if they are separate.a lot of people are going to screw this up. If you do i will not be counting the entry
2. Entry must be made using a youtube account. If you dont have one then take 5 minutes and make one.
3. In the video title simply put "ppc" then the weight lifted and your body weight. Example: Ppc 265 @ 215lb. This will help me out when i get more than one entry at a time. Thanks.
4. You must weigh in. Then after the lift make sure you show the weight lifted up close. I dont need you to show each and every plate separately but i do want you to get close enough to see that you aren't fraudin'.
5. Camera angle must be good enough so that i can easily see you from knees to locked out elbows. I would highly recommend you keep the weight in the shot at all times, but i do understand that it can be difficult as hell to get a camera angle good enough to catch everything. I will be judging this on a case by case basis.
6. You can put as many entries in as you wish but only one will count. I will use your last entry as your final one so make sure you really want to post the new one before you do. Once i judge it it is final. No takebacksies.
7. Weigh in and lift must be in the same 24 hour period
8. Any tie in weight lifted will go to the lifter who posted first
randomness
1. I am the only judge of this competition most of the time. There are a few mods i count on to help me keep this shyt as fair as possible, but for the most part, this is my headache to deal with :d
2. You are free to pm me if you feel my judgement of your entry was wrong. I will have someone else judge the lift as well and if i am wrong then i will say so and count your lift.
3. All other forum rules must be followed. This thread is started by a mod, judged by mods, and sits in the stickies of our most moderated forum. If you feel froggy, go ahead and jump!
4. Rules are subject to change if i notice i am missing something or if something is brought to my attention.
5. Keep it classy, brahs!
As usual i will be taking up the next 9 or more posts to cover everything else :d[/center]
