    Just to clarify, JP never had the sleeved squat record, since Ray did 968 back in June. JP did have the american total sleeves record though and yeah ray beat that by 70lb.

    Great performance by JP as always but definitely didn't pick the best day to have the SHW spotlight on him lol.

    thanks for the concern man. The way its bleeding out, I'm thinking its a psoas tear but who knows. I can walk fine and get around fairly well. Here's a video for any of you brave souls

    finally benched 500. First for a single then a double. feeling confident that i can hit it at my meet in 3 weeks. hoping my trap can heal up well enough to yolo pull something decent as well.

    was having issues with letting the shirt take the bar too far over my belly. last weekend was the first time i dumped a shirted bench. need to work on really staying under the bar and tucking super hard.

    sorry about the injury baize. heal up quick!

    Condition is really good. No tears or rips or anything. I trained in them for a couple months and only were them in two competitions, iirc. The straps are brought in on one of the Super Centurions (I'm 5'7), but the fabric is still there, so they can be let out. I'll take some pictures and PM you.

    Anybody ran anything from Josh Bryant before? I'm starting his 12 week and didn't know if anyone had anything to say about it. It looks crazy compared to what I'm used to. Kind of excited

    It's the 12 week flagship program in the blueprint e book. It's very detailed and no **** I had to Google like 6 exercises to find out what they were. That e book is worth every ****ing penny of 9 dollars.

    I'd say so. It kinda looks like he bottoms out his squat then continues to drop a few inches into the hole. It's not the kind of one that shakes your soul when you watch it like that Irish guy that destroyed both knees

Bryce had 10kg+ in the tank on deadlifts and had a half kilo lead because he chipped his third squat (and he was lighter). We'd have been gambling with the third deadlift (if you know garrett historically they tend to fly or fail)

    Exactly what I was thinking, I have been following him on YouTube for at least 1.5 years, hes all or nothing for sure, that 500 bench too, so finnicky.
