deficit deads: 350 4x3 beltless, got yelled at for noise and told to use pads
bench: 255 4x3 close grip paused
deads: 375 4x3 got yelled at again and kicked out for using chalk
i was ****ing seething this whole session at this old **** of a trainer telling me to use pads to quiet my deadlifts and then had me move all my weights to the other side of the gym so he wouldn't have to hear me, and he still kicks me out. i left the bar on the floor and told it to unload it himself. got eemMaster total

hit a 525 squat single last week. life's been hectic. i think i've decided not to hire fuzzy for this meet in november, but will hire him again in march. back to bulgarian until im closer then switching to a taper

just competed a couple weeks ago and did pretty terribly. 570/370/606 oh well. back to off season training
