Ive been cutting for about 6 weeks. Lost about 15 lbs, felt great and abs peaking through. Awesome right?
I've had cheat meals, but not usually cheat days. Anyway I am 6ft and 217 lbs. I eat about 2100-2400 calories per day during this cut. So ANYHOW.....
3 nights ago, I had an entire medium dominos pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Then the next day I was like, phuck I'm craving Chinese. So I ordered 2 lunch specials. Had sweet and sour shrimp with white rice and hot and sour soup. Then today was the absolure WORST. Had a pie with a small scoop of ice cream, then a cravings meal at taco Bell, then a medium Oreo billiard at dairy Queen. WTF HAPPENED??? I was doing so great.
I estimate that....
Dominos pizza probably 2400 calories
SS shrimp with rice and soup 1000 calories
Beef and garlic sauce with white rice 900 calories.
Pie with ice cream 600 calories
Dairy Queen medium blizzard 1000 calories
So that means I ate 5900 friggin calories of ****. With trying to be somewhat conscious of my macros the first two days, I am at a surplus of probably 5100-5200 calories for the past 3 days. I feel SO BLOATED and feel like ive gained some far too, I don't know. I can just feel it and my lower abs are pretty much covered in whatever is there and aren't as visible.
WTF should I do?
How bad is this?
Can I reduce my calories down to 1800-2000 per day for 3-4 days? No sodium and very extremely low carbs for those 3-4 days? Workout twice a day those 3-4 days? Why am I panicking? Grrrr..
Anyway helpful advice would be appreciated so much.

Yes I totally messed up. Dont need to tell me that. Not sure why, but it WONT HAPPEN AGAIN. I guarantee that. Holy hell I feel miserable....
Here is a rundown everything I ate past 3 days.
Thursday....
4 eggs, 3/4 cup brown rice (420c)
Protein shake (350c)
8oz chicken breast with tiny bit BBQ sauce
and two pieces whole grain bread (550c)
Half a protein shake (200c)
Entire Dominos medium pizza (2400c)
Total-4420
Friday
4eggs, 3/4 cup brown rice (420)
Protein shake (350c)
Sweet and Sour Shrimp lunch special with hot and sour soup with white rice (900c)
16oz Glass of whole milk (300c)
Another 16oz whole milk (300c)
Protein shake (350c)
Total- 2620
Today
Beef and garlic sauce lunch special with white rice (1000c)
Protein shake (350c)
8oz chicken breast with 3/4 cup brown rice and 2 servings of almonds (800c)
Pie with scoop ice cream (600c)
Taco Bell cravings meal (1 hard taco, a little bit nachos, gordita crunch, soft taco) (1000c)
Medium Oreo dairy Queen blizzard. (1000c)
Total- 4750c
Do these numbers (calories) seem right? Because if that is the case, I am really only about 11790 calories - 6900 calories = 4890 calories over my cutting calories per day.....Which is about what I thought. SOB. MF. SMH. WTF.Don't give up hope.

cals from fat are already stored. you can reduce your carb intake for a day or two if you want to reduce damage of excess carbs. sodium doesnt matter. your body always needs some sodium, there is no point to cutting sodium. only gain you should care about is fat gain, not water gain. whenever i do a fk up like that , i just continue eating normal next day, no need to spend extra effort to be honest. get over it.
