Animal Cuts Thermogenic Complex (red pill) question!

So I was told that animal cuts has 210mg caffeine per pack; however...the thermogenic complex has 750mg of stimulants!

Atm im cutting; and so I do cardio in the morning and weights at night.

I try to limit my caffeine to 400mg per day (200mg per session); but the thermogenic complex has:

Caffeine 210mg
then: kola nut, guarana, yerba mate, rasp ketones etc up to 750mg

all of these are stimulants right? So for me being someone who wants to limit my stimulant intake; should I simply replace the red pill with a 200mg caffeine pill?

Didn't realise it was 750mg of stimulants! Thought it was just 210mg of caffeine worth of stimulants but its much more, jheez

Animal Cuts has 210mg of caffeine but the Thermogenic Complex contains other natural herbs and ingredients, separate from the caffeine, that help boost metabolism. These ingredients are not CNS stimulants or methylxanthines like caffeine so you won't be stimmed out on top of the caffeine dosage.

For another reference, I don't believe anyone on the market has, or ever will create a product with a single serving at 750mg of stims that is directed for 2 doses in a day.

Anyways, at 210 each dose, you're right around your 400 mark.

Also curious, wouldn't the tea extracts in the metabolic complex contain additional caffeine?

Metabolic Complex: 750mg
-Green Tea Extract (containing naturally high polyphenol and EGCG levels): 300mg
-Oolong Tea Extract (containing naturally high polyphenol and EGCG levels): 300mg
-Black Tea Extract (containing naturally high polyphenol and EGCG levels): 75mg
-Coffee Bean Extract (containing naturally high polyphenol and EGCG levels): 75mg

I don't find Animal Cuts to be harsh in terms of jitters or stims compared to some other products (some now discontinued and banned). I think you will be alright. give it a try in morning in case you do get jittery it wont be before bed. I've literally taken animal cuts before bed and fell asleep

If you are worried about too many stims in cuts, just take out the red capsule and youre golden. All the caffeine is right in there.

Agreed with what everyone said, that is what is great about Animal Cuts is that you have that flexibility and can remove the red capsule (stim) out.
