    Back was feeling a lil better but not great by any means.. Couldn't arch my back at all with bench workout at lunch.. Had to do it all flat back'd but still hit all my number that I wanted to.. Afternoon workout was good... Went light on a few things but for the most part was good.. The wife was able to go with me which was nice...

    Ugh, another day with my back out... Wednesday wasn't bad.. Got good workouts in and back was sore but could work through it... Well woke up Thursday in pain and pretty much stayed that way.. Got my workout in at lunch of forearms and mid delt (like to work extra on mid delt to try and get that wide look) and by the end I could barely stand... Got home and napped before sons baseball game. When I woke up, boom, much better.. So weird...

    Weight - 208.2 lbs

    Blood Ketone - .4

    Frustrated, well kinda... This week that started with my back getting jacked up is pretty much ending the same way... Right now it's not bad and I plan to hit my workouts (modified, leg day so not going crazy) but I can feel it and it's far from better. So I gained weight this week... I know it's water, not much sweating in the gym which is what blame that on. Food intake is the same as always and at the beginning of the week I was at 206.2 so I know I didn't just put on 2lbs of fat.. But per the fat analyzer I dropped there as well... About a half percent.. Again I know it's not accurate but the trend shows I'm dropping BF so happy... Looking leaner just feeling ****ty with my back issue and not to motivated to hit the gym do to how uncomfortable it is right now.. I'll get better, gotta be smart, work around it.. Biggest issue is learning to back off on poundages... I just don't feel like I'm working hard enough if I don't at least hit the weight I did the previous weeks workout... Oh well..

    So got blood work back and found that my LDL is increased on keto.. That was the whole reason why I started with keto was to try and get my blood work better... Well it doesn't seem to be working and actually making the negative markers worse while keeping the HDL numbers the same, very strange to me. So did a little reading and found that Niacin is good for boosting HDL and lowering LDL... Started taking 500mg of Niacin at night... I've read that it can help increase blood ketones so will be interesting to see what that does. I've been taking Norco at night to help with sleeping since my back is having issues. Curious if that may have something to do with my lower ketone reading this morning... Only off by .1 so I'm not worried... Anyway, better week next week. Going to focus on decent yet limited workouts today and this weekend.. Hopefully come Monday morning I'll be good to go...

    So it looks like I missed some days here... I think I am going to suspend this log for now... I've been doing this long enough that I have a comfort level of moving away from cal and macro tracking. My menu hasn't changed in the time I've been doing this and I just put the same cals and macros down that are the same each week. This has been working for me thus far and weight has dropped quite well.. I was at 202lbs this morning...

    So for now I will not be tracking days and will pop back on here and there to update my weight and other things... Thank you everyone to reading and encouraging..
