Strangest hip injury of all time

I'm going to try to keep this quick. Back a little over a year ago, I started to feel sharp pain in both hips and glutes. I attribute this to overuse -- I was doing track, lifting heavy immediately after, then going straight to work (which was moderately physically intensive). I also wasn't eating enough, nor was I sleeping enough. The pain of course got worse and worse through last summer. At the end of last summer, it became too much.

Here's an approximate timeline of the past year or so:
Last spring - moderate pain mostly in my hips
Early summer - pain got worse in my hips
Mid summer - the pain in my hips and glutes were so bad that I struggled to walk after every lifting session
Late summer - the pain in my hips and glutes were bad enough that the weight I was lifting started to go backwards, and my form was compromised
Early fall - I took two weeks to deload, the pain was still there
Late fall - I swallowed my pride and took around two months to deload; when I came back I lifted too heavy my first session back and the pain quickly returned
Winter - I went to my orthopedic doctor, and got an MRI. He said he saw nothing wrong structurally, just some inflammation in my hip region. No diagnosis, no plan of action.
Early spring - I try to return to lifting again, but this time much slower. Anything more than ~185 lbs on the bar causes me pain. Sets of 225 lbs for 5 are moderately painful. Notably, deadlifting doesn't really hurt.
Mid spring - I say **** it to all lower-body lifting. I went back to the ortho explaining that it still hurt and he has no idea and that there's nothing he can really do.

As of right now, even leg pressing hurts. I've tried all sorts of things -- stretching, NOT stretching, foam rolling, lacrosse balls, long dynamic warm-ups, glute activation, etc...

And a quick description of the pain: it's a sharp, almost pinching feeling sort of in the crux of my hip and groin, towards the top. My glute pain is a deep pulling pain that I'm pretty sure is located in my gluteus medius.

If anybody could offer any advice, it would be much appreciated. I wanted to compete on club powerlifting this past year but wasn't able to do so. At this point, I'm not optimistic about next year. I find it unbelievable that my powerlifting journey may be over due to some mystery incurable hip ailment.

Finally, here's some form videos in case any of you can notice any red flags:

Can you see another doctor to get a 2nd opinion?

Also in my opinion there seems to be a lot of butt wink in your first video. I would try to be more neutral at the bottom of the lift.

Go see an ortho who specializes in Hip scopes and ask about FAI

Find a massage therapist that does trigger point therapy/dry needling.

Definitely sounds like you have a soft tissue problem going on, you're probably tight AF and riddled with trigger points after all this time.
