I regret to inform that I am ending this psmf early. The reason behind this is nohting more than my digestive system cannot cope well with the lack of dietary fibre and I have developed a complication from this. Ive never run a psmf over three weeks before and the thought of sheer discomfort for another 3 weeks has well and truely put me off. I will begin eating maintenance and take it from there. I may run another shorter PSMF when I recover.
    1/1/15: 93kg
    19/6/15 78.5kg
    27/6/15: 77kg
3/7/15: after pre psmf 280g carb up: 76.5
    24/7/15 72.5kg (post psmf)
    6/8/15 71.25kg
    Goal:
68kg or 30" waist, whichever comes first.
Just keeping going, eating clean, training mean and getting lean ;)

Weight loss = (calories in < calories expended) x time, simple.

The kind of complications you get from not being able to use the toilet for days on end not pleasant.

Ah okay, I had these issues before until I loosened up my protein requirement. I'll occasionally snack on air popped popcorn and the like now and my issues are mostly gone. Since we are both noobish lifters the protein requirement is kind of unnecessary.
