Help teach beginners the truth about "six pack shortcuts"
ok so when i first started lifting i always listened to everything that mike chang said... little did i know...
Please share all the incorrect things that mike has said, so that we can help beginners not be fooled by him.
(i am not hating on mike chang as a person and there are things that he is right about, i just disagree with many things that he teaches, and i want to help beginners)

255 squat (where is leg day??)

I remember me and a few other guys used to troll chang's channel hard. It was hilarious, he was so obviously buying likes and subscribers. His "magic red drink" was the best part, it was like 45$ for 20 servings, had an awful profile, and apparently most of the tubs had even less than 20 servings. The height of true scammery
