1- Although I know its correct, but forcing myself to in fact eat more food. Though I do want to drop the overall weight number if i just let my body adjust to better quality foods it will happen and not try to starve myself into losing weight.
2- Better food prep- I still battle with getting my food prepped 3 days ahead. I find that when I do have it, I eat on time and not have to worry about straying from the food plan
3- I am not sure if I am better than the other competitors. I never viewed this as a competition against another person, but rather just against myself and continuing to improve myself.
4- consistency is the key, with diet and training. The major factors in this program has focused on quality foods and quality supplementation. Training is still important but you can't train yourself to fitness while not having a solid and complete fuel and recovery sourceInstagram @cbreezy_454

Great answers CLB454. Food preparation is really hard and something we need to make time from our rush and busy days to achieve greatness. Indeed you are looking better than the first day and I hope you stick to the plan for now on. We all have ups and down in life but we always come back to the iron. We call that in powerlifting "The Iron Bug"!

So training has went pretty well last week. We have entered the busy season with my industry which made it very challenging to add the increased cardio Heinz Senior wants, but I did fit in a couple it will be easier as the initial rush of clients is over.
Body weight didn't change this week however that is a positive considering Easter Dinner was a part of it so Macros where off this weekend.
Another positive is I had a Life insurance physical a couple weeks ago and they had to run a blood panel. I found out yesterday I am even healthier than they thought at first. So I got really good rates that would compare to someone in their late 20's to early 30's. Just goes to show how a well balanced meal and supplement plan really pays off in more ways than just the mirror.Last edited by CLB454; 03-28-2016 at 05:20 PM.

Had to add in a quick note: This mornings training was a bad ass one, I have to say. Wish I would have had video going. I felt much stronger today than I have lately. I normally do BB bent over rows and start at 135 well it felt so light this morning I felt I would give a curl a shot with that weight and I hit it with what felt like minimal swing!!!
I know weight is not everything and it was totally just for ego, but curling what the other guy was benching just felt good Even if it made me look like "that guy" for a moment...LOLInstagram @cbreezy_454

Yeah HES really hooked everyone up with all the supps and swag and the online coaching from Heinz Senior
Getting sick or what ever bumps are in the road are just part of the big picture. Still making progress is what counts if everything was perfect all the time we all be screwed if something happened.
This weeks training / work schedule / spring break was really crazy, had to use a hotel gym over the weekend as I experienced a comicon for the first time with the kids, but all is good weigh in this am still holding so though last week was hectic and lots of different things going on, stuck with my meal plan as close as possible and all worked out.Instagram @cbreezy_454

Thanks, yeah my body was getting used to the routine I was on, so back to beating up each body part on its own day. Amazingly not sore like I thought I would be this morning. I thought I had pushed harder than what I did I guess, or the supps have got me recouping really well. which is very likely the case since I could feel the training all day yesterday in my chest.

Training is going ok, I am not getting into the gym as much as I want but that is do to this being the busy season for me with my work. Luckily I have a very physically demanding job so I still am constantly moving.
Meal prep is really my key right now and this has been the longest stretch for me sticking to a meal plan.Instagram @cbreezy_454

Absolutely!1 I have found especially since I am on the road all day between job sites. I eat in the truck so food prep and paying attention to time is key for me as well. If I get rolling in my day I can sometimes forget to eat no matter how hungry I am and when I get home in the eve. I can fall prey to the monster with in ...lol
However proper planning and packing is easy once it becomes a part of the routine and I pre mix some BCAA, agma, or H2O flavor in bottles so I can have a tasty beverage to sip and keep up with hydration.Instagram @cbreezy_454
