lol at carrying some HUGE .45. BRB .380 with laser sight in my pocket the size of my iphone. Pretty sure it'll stop an attacker. I do have a 9mm for under the pillow though

Gotcha. Scared me. Im actually in the process of getting my CCW now in FL. (Just got the groupon for the class last week. Scheduled for next week). Gonna have to make sure to buy bigger clothes lol

Anyways to add to this thread... Been shooting a couple times, 9MM feels good to shoot but my buddys g26(i think?) which is what he conceals was just TOO SMALL for my hand even with that little clip extension. Almost bought a S&W Compact mini 1911 for like $800-900 but then I got laughed out of the gun thread for wanting a .45.

But fuarkkk it just sits so nice in my hand. Not to mention sexy AF. Pic for reference:
    Are you not entertained?

Yeah sorry wasn't meant to imply it's crazy. I wear fitted cloths on top of being thin so it's been an issue for me. I don't want to have to think about it.

With modern ammo, all about the same, except for the 10mm which acts more like a small yield nuclear weapon in soft tissue, because 10 milli is best milli

Fuk I hate the 1911, almost as much as I hate 1911 people. It's a fuking antique and americana piece, not a carry weapon.
Why is it certain that it will discharge when dropped? Don't they have a grip safety? Curious as I have a CZ75b (DA) without a decocker also.

With modern ammo, all about the same, except for the 10mm which acts more like a small yield nuclear weapon in soft tissue, because 10 milli is best milli

    Kinda srs.
Have a g29sf...fawking a whole second between follow up shots. Still ccw a 9mm over it, would maybe ccw it while hunting bear lol.

It won't, unless its really old.
Besides, put the safety on, lay it on the ground, done.
Decocking your gun has as much of a chance of discharging as dropping.

I know a couple SEALs. They are technically "issued" the P226, but literally NONE of them actually carry it. They all prefer larger caliber sidearms because the 9mm P226 isn't enough stopping power. Those guys know what they're talking about.

I'll take my chances with my 147 grain, jacketed hollow point 9mm.

If you can't take someone out with 1-3 shots with a 9mm, you probably couldn't with a .45
The best advice that I was ever given, was to give up.

(It fuarkin means people pushed me to try harder in order to disappoint them, you idiots.)

    This is what I carry..

LOL @ carrying 2 extra mags everywhere.
LOL @ 95% of those "45 because dont 46 "guys flinch like b!tches.
    LOL @ LOL

Fuk I hate the 1911, almost as much as I hate 1911 people. It's a fuking antique and americana piece, not a carry weapon.
You should be carrying extra mags anyway ya doofus, mag malfunctions happen in every caliber. Also you'd re-holster after taking down the threat so your little make believe scenario wouldn't happen.
