However the ones that aren't jihadists and don't physically carry out bombings still support the ones that do. If all the non-extremist muslims were against the extremists they would do something about it because they probably outnumber the extremists by 100000 to 1, but they aren't against them so they just sit back and quietly support them.

Even 78% of british muslims, who are considered "moderate", thought the attack on Charlie Hebdo was justified simply because they drew a pic of Muhammed. They all believe the same chit, the extremists just carry out violent acts in the name of it.
