Here's my schedule:
M: 5x5
W: 5x5
F: 5x5
SAT:Boxing 1 hour
SUN:Boxing 1 hour
-My maintenance is 2800 and I am going to eat at 3200 Boxing is just a hobby not for competition right now I'm more concerned about making gains rather than becoming the best boxer I can be . I really don't want to kill my gains
Will I be okay if I eat 3200 calories on my boxing days? Or will I burn up my muscle?

I mean, if you're net in a surplus for a week, you'll gain. So if you feel that you burn a crazy ton of calories in boxing, plus the metabolism increase for the next day or so, then eat another 500 calories.
Before doing that I recommend you do your 3200 and track weight for 3-4 weeks, on same day, same scale, same time, same conditions (no food, naked, etc. Etc.)
If you are losing weight consistently, add cals. If not, you're golden. Until you build more mass and start burning more at rest, that isCurrent F5 weights:
Squat 275
Bench: 160
RDL 215
Row: 135 - dropped for form work
