AND I'M BACK TO GRIND THIS OUT TO 10% ONCE AND FOR ALL
Killed my 5 week minicut. Dropped another 20 pounds and got myself down into the mid to upper teens for bodyfat. Hard to say since I've never been here before.
Going to resume posting in this log since this log serves the purpose of holding me accountable until I reach my ultimate goal of that 10%.
No idea when I will get there, but I resume the fight once and for all and will cross the finish line with my hands held high.
I successfully finished the 250K challenge with a resounding finish and am currently far and away the leanest and best shape of my entire adult life, yes even in my 30s, best shape of my life.
Here's where I'm at as of today and will be continuing to cut until summer and however long it takes to get me to where I want to be.

Alright, enough time spent spinning my wheels.
Maintenance week was a disaster, I'll just leave it at that. Definitely got some work to do now.
8 week PSMF as Cat. 1 RFL cut begins tomorrow. Will go along nicely with another round of the Blueprint to Cut.

Disaster or no disaster, your body probably appreciated the extra calories.
Aside from that, you won't always be on a cut, so it is probably helpful that you allow yourself to struggle with keeping maintenance calories from time to time.
Not giving you advice
Just thinking out loud.
