Biggest difference is the Elite Whey is a blend of whey proteins whereas the ISO is pure hydrolyzed protein (real broken down and gets into the system fast). Blends are typically thicker than ISO's. Has: 25 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs and 1 gram of sugar.

Ha, I hear you. We got a foot here as well. My brother was able to get out of his driveway, but got stuck on the street for about 20 mins on our way to the gym Thursday morning.
