Forskolin recommendation?

Was thinking of supplementing with Forskolin. I've been getting diet and cardio in check and looking for a little extra assistance in the fat loss department, even if it's minor. What brand and dosage would you guys recommend? Have you experienced any side effects?

PES Makes Forskolin 95 now, I have always stuck to 50mg, C-Bolic is also a good option sold here.

Love forskolin, use it during my cuts every time. I gotta check and make sure what I use is available in store here so I don't get in trouble for recommending it.

Ok there are a few I use to get my forskolin, currently using app nut beta test + drive. If the lower percent extract doesn't agree with you there is also supremacy 2.0 I have used that several times as well.

Would recommend sticking with 95% to minimize risk of GI sides. Studies have shown efficacy at both 50mg/day and 100mg/day...I'd recommend starting at 50mg and seeing how you like it, later if you want to increase the dose, you can compare to see if it's worth it.

Multiple sources out there if you're just looking for just straight Forskolin-95, I'd shop around for the best price.

You will be tough to find another product on the market that will deliver more F95 than Supremacy 2.0. I'd suggest taking a look at some of the reviews around BB.com, it's a product that's definitely worth the money.

Yup we use 95% licensed stuff from Sabinsa in 33mg caps.

some have given people GI issues, bloating, discomfort.

The recommendations above are solid though. ABE was really good to my tummy, no issues.

I'm sure you've tried dosing with food correct?

Another option is to look into Lodhra Bark Extract as it can have a great impact on GI health

Our F-95 is as good as it gets for helping avoid GI distress, I have dosed it up to 150mg with no issue in the past.
50mg is the studied dose though lol, stick to the recommended serving size for the sake of your wallets.

Great stuss, and stacked with Hemerocallis fulva for that added synergy

another vote for PES or Komodo

getting the verified extract is what I would focus on...the Sabinsa stuff is what you want, whether you go with a pure product like F95 or get it in a formula like Shift, that's what you want

I get gastric upset from it - including the Sabinsa 95% stuff. Gives me the runs. I've tried smaller doses and dosing with food. It just doesn't seem to agree with me.

Unfortunately, you're not alone. Many deal with the GI issues from Forskolin.

Multiple bulk options out there, just make sure it's 95% extract. I like to run around 100mg of it. PES makes a bulk one or for a little more you could go Supremacy 2.0 and get 100mg plus other good stuff. My favorite F95 product out there, ran easily 12 bottles of it so far.
