fuk cutting, getting up to 300 lbs and you gonna call me papa. All you miscers thinking you're lean here is the issues: 1) you dissapear in shirts, no one can tell you lift, 2) you're most likely weak, 3) you're not as lean as you think (where are your veins, deep separations and striations).
5'9 220 Lbs @ 10% Bodyfat, Competitive Bodybuilder & Powerlifter
Lifts: 540 Squat, 425 Bench, 635 Deadlift

Until you manage to bring forth a video of your physique and lifts, you are nothing but another e-stater like the rest of of em.
I challenge you to a bodyweight bench press for reps challenge, post by end of the week on the misc. Take a video of your bodyweight and then bench it for full range reps, I will do the same.
