There's still hope, as long as you don't have a really busted face. If you're at least average across the board, you'll probably do alright. Just look at most adults/parents... They're ugly as fuk. You're not likely to ever be a slayer, but you said you don't want that and being able to find a few mates in life and settle down is attainable for most people. I didn't lose my virginity until 23 and didn't get a car/license until 25 and I turned out fine. Most of the chit you're going to have to do will probably not feel natural and will probably even feel overwhelming and scary, but do it anyway.

Read about social skills and wear well-fitted and decent clothes to maximize dem first impressions. Make a list of goals you have to do, then break it down into mini goals. I had hardcore social anxiety, so I had to give myself mini goals each day, such as greeting people I was acquainted with, or carrying a convo for a few minutes. I gradually increased the difficulty and before I knew it, I was normal. Having a specific list of things I had to do also kept me accountable because if I just kept it in my head, I'd probably get distracted and forget to do it and not be held accountable for it.

I deliberately put myself in tons of social situations. Whenever there was that self-conscious voice in my head saying "Nah, don't do that, that's stupid, they probably don't want to talk, etc" I just ignored it.

Find excuses to leave your home because nothing exciting is going to happen there other than you telling yourself "Now is da time I'm gonna make it, brah! Gonna change my life!" And that's all you're going to be doing because if you're sitting at home, you have close to 0% chance of anything significant happening, but the moment you're outside, your odds increase dramatically.

Think about the kind of person you want to be and the life you want to have. Really imagine it and feel it. Maybe even write it down and read it everyday. This helped me a lot, solely because if you keep reminding yourself of where you want to be, then your subconscious will tend to lead you in that direction, so you'll be better able to notice opportunities as they come up.

I started freaking out , honestly it was traumatic as fuk . Doctor had to come and give me a benzo to calm down , and I stayed in the seat for 3 days just crying / being confused . 5 years later and I still don't know who I am , I can freak myself very easily . ALso developed some fukked op ocd thoughts that just make me feel so bad .

Did bloodwork last year and everything seemed normal . I'm pretty sure I have an imbalance in my hormones , or something else man but don't really know where I can get everything checked out .
