Thanks mon ami!
Thanks Jj! Good way to kickstart the weekend!

Thanks matey! Need to get some serious calories in to keep this train moving forward

I think I might order my new bench this weekend. It'll be 100x more stable than my current adjustable one, plus it's wider
Should be good for a few extra pounds on the top endPRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1

New bench is going to be delivered today. It's a tank! Much more stable than my adjustable one. It's a few inches shorter (my adjustable one is taller than comp height) and the pad is wider as well.

Beautiful week of work brotha! Mirin that big 165 OHP repout!
Deads and bench looking strong. How do the front Squats feel on the knee vs back squats?
Cycling in the snow had to be a gas! Much deserved refeed

thanks. front squats seem to be less irritating than back squats. i think the focus on quads instead of hams makes a big difference and my FS was so sh*tty before i have lots of room for improvement. same with safety bar squats
great conditioning work on the bike but it's amazing how well that bike works in the snow. anything groomed is just like riding dirt and up to ~3 inches of powder is still relatively easy with the tires aired down to 5 psi

Sick bench volume as usual wood man. Also, that bench sounds sweet as hell, looks real solid.

HIL ... OHPs, deads and benching are looking really good Jordan
Riding the bikes in the snow looks like it would be fun ..... I could see some pretty hairy skids happening though
Woody ... it'll be nice to see how you feel wth that new bench. You're benching looks so solid anyway but it can't hurt to have an even better platform to press from. Good prep session for the heavy work on Friday"Better to wear out than rust out!"

thanks andrew. the biking has a lot of fun this winter and, yes, some skids have created some skids. nomsayin?

Haha
I was planning for Jackson for a week and then Telluride (conferences of course although I might get a bit of skiing in ) but I'm facing lawyers at 20 paces in February so I'm skipping Jackson this year. Jackson still feels like my home mountain so I'm planning on it again in 2017. Meanwhile I'm in Vail next week"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Thanks everyone!
apologies for the lack of updates- sh!t storm last week.
Some chaps I know through work invited me out Tuesday evening. They hauled me into Chicago for some kickass seats at the Blackhawks game. It was an amazing time, so much fun.
Getting home at midnight didn't go over too well with the wifey.
