You're 16, you dont need to be taking supplements. Just make sure you're eating, and eating a lot. Get your protein from whole food sources i.e eggs, chicken, fish, red meats. 2 weeks of lifting isn't going to get you crazy gains.

^Truth. Two weeks is not long enough to make any appreciable gains. It is, however, long enough to get a training and diet program in place that will set you up for future success. Forget the gainer for now, just focus on eating at a caloric surplus and following a solid training program.

Hey man, weight gainers do offer quite a bit of calories in one small drink, however if you were to eat more whole, qulity foods, I guarantee you will have better results than you will with a tub of any tub of mass gainer.
A nice, cheap, nutritious gainer shake can be made with 2-3 cups of whole milk, 1 banana, 3 tablespoons of natural peanut butter, 1-2 scoops of protein and 1/2 cup of oats. If you drink that twice a day on top of what you currently eat, I bet you'll see some results! Increase your food intake as well as take those shakes and you'll be making some quality gains!
Head over to the nutrition section, theirs some very knowledgeable people there who can set you on the right path! Good luck man!Engineering Master Race
