hani, wouldnt it be cool if this coefficient would actually change the percentages on the mainlifts in the program? im ridiculously low rep dominant and Ive already put this in manually but itd be something cool i havent seen done before in online programs. really enjoying the program thanks for putting it out.

I watched it 3 times to comprhend.
Damn.
Maybe. I think we'll see what happens once the OPB comes in.
Also feels on the buffalo bar. I know what you mean.
Have to slow down squat rep work to let it settle before attempting another rep.

Honestly I dunno that any of us have played with that manipulation at all, lol. What it does do is change what the system interpolates as the associated percentage at a given RPE.
What you could do (in theory) is reverse the percentages written, approximate what RPEs they are, then use the chart. BUT this would simply be interpolating suggested weights from RPEs and defeat the purpose entirely. It is there as more of a guideline.
that is to say
a low rep dominant athlete would have a different %1RM as 2@8RPE than a high rep dominant athlete. Obviously there are other factors, but training adaptations will matter here.Picking things up and putting them down since '09

Just got around to watching the 72kg women's IPF worlds open flight...holy **** that finish. Priscilla's deadlift was just ridiculous.

Before that big Australian comp, Kirill was stabbed in the chest and that's why he "only" benched 600something.
All I could think was--who would stab THAT guy?
If you want to stab someone, there are over 7 billion people in the world to choose from.
If I had to choose, I think Kirill would be LAST on my list.637/390tng/615 - belt/wraps, best gym lifts.

Thanks for asking! Yeah, everything ended up going pretty well.
First equipped meet in the books. Ended up with a 665kg total, with
Squat: 240x/245/255
Bench: 140/147.5/152.5
DL: 240/250/257.5
Video: https://youtu.be/-DKGgNqM-6k
Only missed lift was my first squat for depth (3 reds). I need 20kg more to qualify for equipped nationals, which I'm hoping to hit in February. My fcuked up pec continues to drag down my total even with a bench shirt, but hopefully I can afford some more sports massages soon to help get rid of all the scar tissue in there. And get a tighter bench shirt so I can use my pecs less. If you watch the vid you can see how easy it is for me to touch everything.

For anyone who didn't know this went down at WRPF worlds.... very strict 249 lb curl from Russian arm-wrestler Denis Cyplenkov. With a tiny bit of swing I bet he could do over 315 easily. That super strict form makes it almost impossible to curl anything in my experience. He's also close grip benched 595 or so, so yeah... strong arms.

I really hate that strict curling is still remotely considered powerlifting. Makes us look stupid imo.

Yeah, I always found it lulzy when someone registered for curl in SPF or NASA.
