i love those Thanksgiving carbs! stuffing, mashed potatoes and potatoe salad, homemade rolls, candied yams, cakes....its a regular Carb-u-copia of overendulgence. time well spent as far as im concerned!

Being the dream bulker that I am, I didn't consider my firs two plates of turkey stuffing mashed potatoes and various casseroles as cheat food.
Just before I hit the food coma I ate a heaping slice of warm apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Then 3 brownies and pecan pie. So a pile of dessert is my fav cheat food I really want that gear!I rep back
